Train the Trainer

Train the Trainer provides the necessary knowledge and skills for coffee professionals to train other employees within their organization about the coffee industry. The course first details the dynamic challenges unique to the coffee industry, then it trains participants how to effectively pass on this knowledge.

• Techniques for learners to acquire, store, and retrieve new information
• Descriptive learning techniques, hands-on experiences, storytelling, and sensory experiences to trigger the senses
• Understand myths and truths of evaluation and return on investment (ROI)
